![]() ![]() Something that is useful in any team, but specifically strong against mutants. If you brought 5 sentinels, you could be constantly slowing a mutant team while dealing decent damage on followups, and then when ultimate attacks are ready, basically stun them all for 1 round, and they'll have slows when they get out of it. If primary target is mutant, slow becomes stun for that target only. It steals positive effects from each target and slows them. Ultimate Sentinel ability will be an attack that hits primary and chains to 1-2 additional targets. The sentinel Special attack will add a shield (like rescue) and regeneration/deflect to lowest health Sentinel(s). But the last point about using it on someone else sticks out the most. With 50 golds left so halfway to another 6. Damage multiplier 1.3 vs Mutants, Bio, or Inhuman. So overall yes a 7 red star is awesome but in my opinion Id rather have a 6 red star phoenix plus a 6 red star blackbolt/sinister etc if I had the choice. The Sentinel basic attack will apply slow to Mutants. Sentinels take 30% less damage from Mutant basic attacks. When this character takes an action, attack or not, 1 other Sentinel has a 50% chance to assist on a random mutant enemy, regardless of taunt. If attacker is a mutant, 50% chance instead. Passive: Designated Purpose - When a tech ally is attacked, 25% chance for a random Sentinel to counter. Instead, they will very specifically counter Mutant teams like X-Men and BH: They will have abilities that will make them very useful characters, but not trump-all arena busters. Make sense? The addition Sentinels are not summons, they are simply duplicates of the character you've upgraded. If you did all defenders with Sentinels, you'd get 1 Sentinel. If you wanted to do X-Force in 2 spots, then Sentinels in a third, you'd end up with 3 sentinels. In this instance, you will have Ultron and 4 Sentinels. Example: Ultron, then Sentinels, then start blitz. The idea is you put this character on a team, and depending on how many open slots that team has, it will duplicate the character to fill the remaining. This is one singular character on your roster with a plural name. With that in mind, I give you 1 new character: But that's fine, they have a very specific purpose. It doesn't look like Sinister Six will be anything more than a low-end Blitz team when fighting non-city heroes. Foxnext is giving us Sinister Six for that exact issue with the Defenders. an option for people to use when every team is X-men in their shard. However, until we get to the next arena godsend team, it shouldn't just be Phoenix or bust. There was a lot of hubbub about their dominance, and it seems to have paid off. PhoeniX-Men should be the arena meta team for the foreseeable future. ![]()
